What is Provokido and how does it work?
Many people and organizations find it difficult to create real change in their lives and their businesses. They are trapped in their own limiting, outworn patterns but do not have a clue how to escape these. Provokido is a concept and a game that helps people, groups and organizations to escape from their outworn patterns. It is a new approach that can be used by “change agents” and other professionials who have an advisary, counselling or coaching role with individuals, groups or businesses.
How does it work? After learning the basic techniques, you play the Provokido game in small groups. In this game you learn to apply the magic mix of
- Bonding with the person or group that needs to be liberated
- Humor(yes, even you!) to lift the spirits
- Provocation to bend rules and stretch limitations
For example, you would reframe a “problem” as an “aspiration” in a humoreous and connected way. So you lure others out of their deficit ways of thinking and into the discovery of previously unconceivable solutions!
